How does it work?

Organising your perfect event

Think that your team could benefit from one of our collaborative, multiplayer social experiences? Let us walk you through the steps to turn them from colleagues to heroes in no time.

Currently, we run our adventures inspired by the popular Dungeons and Dragons 5e system, but can discuss other options if you have got something else in mind!

Various polyhedral dice on a map.

We offer a half-day event (up to 4 hours) which includes an introduction to TTRPGs and setup, pre-made characters for you to choose from, running your chosen adventure, and a debrief afterwards reflecting on the experience.

We also offer a full-day event (up to 8 hours), which includes a deep dive into TTRPG systems, discussing the psychology of playing TTRPGs, building your own characters from scratch, setting up and playing your chosen adventure, and a debrief afterwards.

Our events are available both in person and online, each built with flexibility in mind, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have specific requirements.

Step one - Contact us

You've seen what we offer and want to give your team a one of a kind experience - great! First step is to Contact Us. Let us know a little information; how many people will be participating, what adventure you are looking for (if you're not sure, we can discuss this with you later on), type of event (in person or online etc) and any other information you think would be helpful. The more information you can give us, the better!

Step two - We contact you

Once you've given us the information above, we will get back to you to arrange a group call where we can discuss your objectives and how to create the best experience for your team. We can run through the different adventures if you're not sure which one you'd like, or discuss creating a custom adventure for you. If you are booking an online event, we will explain logistics and any tech requirements. If you are booking an in person event, we can help you decide on a venue and advise what spaces work best.

Step three - Confirmation

You've chosen your adventure, you've chosen your venue, and you've chosen a date! We will confirm your event and send across an information pack with all the details we've discussed. Our team will be on hand to answer any concerns or queries prior to the event.

Step four - The event!

The final step is the event itself! We run the experience for you, however method you've chosen. We take your team on a one of a kind adventure where they will be communicating, problem solving, and feeling more trust amongst each other. Every event includes a short summary at the end where we discuss openly how people feel after the experience and what they have gained. We encourage feedback and honesty, and love to hear what our clients think.

Your team leave feeling energised and inspired as the heroes in their own story.
